TOPIC:- WORLD WILDLIFE DAY

ABSTRACT

March 3rd is celebrated as World Wildlife day. UN during its 68th session on 20th December 2013 decided to celebrate this day as World Wildlife day. This day was celebrated inorder to understand the importance of wildlife. Wildlife are part of the earth but the supremacy of human beings create challenges to their life. IUCN publish every year the list of Organisms which are under the threat and which disappeared, on the Red data Book. Each organism have its own importance on ecosystem, without considering them we are exploiting them. Elephant have specific travel route which is known as elephant corridor, we create road through the way which affect their life. In the similar way each tiger have its own territory, which is lost due to rapid deforestation. Hunting is considerd as entertainment during the past, which has been banned by the Wildlife Protection Act,1972. Night drive through the forest has been stopped in order for the protection of wildlife. Decrease in the number of carnivorous organisms is the main threat during the days. Hope that Human wildlife Conflict will  end soon and can create a sustainable environment for living.
